Durante la Ceremonia de apertura del Seminario Internacional de Cultura Daoísta de la Federación Mundial de Daoísmo en su primera sesión, 邱景威方丈 qiū jǐng wēi fāng zhàng Hervé Louchouarn Trestard pronunció un profundo y reflexivo discurso que se transcribe a continuación:
Dear Daoist friends, distinguished guests, and colleagues.
Queridos amigos daoistas, distinguidos invitados y colegas:
“The great Dao flows everywhere like water, it can go to the left or to the right.” I am truly grateful and happy to stand before you at this time. I start by thanking you all for coming to thisOpening Ceremony. Your commitment and work is exemplary, we share the same vision by consideran humanity’s shared future, this magnificent meeting has meaning for us all despite the great difficulties.
El gran Dao fluye en todas partes como el agua, puede ir hacia la izquierda o hacia la derecha. Estoy realmente agradecido y contento de estar con ustedes en este momento. Me gustaría comenzar por agradecerles a todos estar presentes en esta ceremonia de apertura, su trabajo y compromiso son ejemplares, compartimos la misma visión al considerar el futuro en común de la humanidad, esta significativa reunión es de gran importancia para todos nosotros aún entre las grandes dificultades.
大家好！今天能在此与诸位相聚，我感到无比荣幸与感恩。首先感谢大家在百忙之中莅临本次开幕式。正是在场的高道大德，各界领导以及教门内外的有识之士以推动人类文明发展为共同理想，才使得这场跨越国界的对话具有深远意义。
While remembering 2012 and 2013 courses, we notice the way those two years combined calm, endurance and hardships resulting in major changes in our future. Those times werecrucial for our International Daoism school’s development, as this is when we set the foundation for spiritual development, education and discussions among cultures across the world.
Al recordar los cursos de los años 2012 y 2013, notamos que estos reunieron tranquilidad, resiliencia así como dificultad, resultando en cambios significativos para nuestro futuro. Esos años fueron cruciales para el desarrollo de nuestras escuelas internacionales de daoísmo. Ya que en este tiempo formamos las bases para el desarrollo de la espiritualidad, de la educación y la discusiónentre culturas al rededor del mundo.
回望2012至2013年间，那段岁月既充满沉淀与思考，又孕育着变革的契机。当时我们确立了道学教育体系，搭建起东西方文明对话的平台，这些奠基性工作如同播撒种子，如今已在全球范围内生根发芽。
Back then, as today, we dealt with difficulties, yet we trusted in the importance of spiritually rooted priests and scholars. We worked to strengthen the world academy of Daoism by recruiting experienced masters and a world Federation and international programs. Today, the efforts of early educators show their rewards: students from other countries now study in China and Chinese traditional cultures and academics are found abroad. It is a great step in establishing an international 十方丛林 shí fāngcónglín: Ten Directions Monastery system that adapts 邱处机Qiū chù jī’s principles to a global context.
En este entonces, al igual que el día de hoy, enfrentamos grandes dificultades, sin embargo, confiamos en la importancia de tener sacerdotes y académicos espiritualmente enraizados.Trabajamos para fortalecer la academia mundial de daoísmo reclutando maestros con experiencia, estableciendo una federación mundial y programas internacionales.
El día de hoy, los esfuerzos de una educación temprana muestran sus buenos resultados: alumnos de distintos países ahora estudian en China, aprendiendo su cultura y podemos encontrar académicos chinos en el extranjero. Esto es un gran paso en dirección de construir un sistema internacional 十方丛林 shí fāng cónglín: monasterio de las diez direcciones que adapta los conceptos de 邱处机 Qiū chù jī dentro de un contexto global.
时至今日，吾辈国际弘道之路虽筚路蓝缕，却仍然笃信道心深厚的修行人与道门学者乃薪火之所在。遂以弘道为志，广纳四方高真，加强世界道教学术研究，创立世界道教联合会，推十方共修之制。如今初创者们的努力已经得到了回报：异域学子负笈中土，华夏道家文化流播四海，此正践行邱处机祖师»十方丛林»之宏旨，融贯古今而通于寰球。
Let me express my own excitement about the need to give more people access to the international learning of Daoism. Because our world is deeply interconnected, the formation ofpriests must go beyond any national or cultural barrier. We share the destiny of uniting humanity. The heart of a future priest must contain both the strength of a powerful tradition and a wide imagination. Thus, we should support institutions that teach people who have the desire to serve spiritually, to grow and act with universal values.
Permítanme expresar mi gran entusiasmo en fomentar que más personas a nivel internacional tengan acceso a las enseñanzas del Daoismo. Dado que nuestro mundo está fuertemente interconectado, la formación de sacerdotes debe sobrepasar cualquier barrera nacional o cultural. Compartimos un mismo destino: unir a la humanidad. El corazón de un futuro sacerdote debe tener la fuerza de una poderosa tradición y una imaginación amplia. De esta manera debemos apoyar instituciones que enseñen a personas con el deseo de servir espiritualmente a la comunidad, creciendo y actuando de acuerdo a los valores universales.
吾尤感奋于道行天下之新机缘。目前的世界各国气运交融，学道之人当打破地区，文化的诸多限制，怀人类命运与共之志。故此，我认为未来道门英才，须严格秉承传统精粹，胸怀碧海苍穹。所以，我们应当鼎力支持道教学院，使慕道之士得依止明师，于道经师三宝间体悟天人合一之妙。
So, let me suggest a modest idea which uses wisdom from traditional Chinese spiritual culture. Because Daoism has such understanding about harmony, frugality and life, it gives us both o ntellectually sound teachings and practical a suggestions. «尊道贵德、清静守俭 zūn dào guì dé、qīng jìngshǒu jiǎn. Could we create a worldwide effort to learn and share Daoist y eachings? Where learners are able to study its lessons with others who are learning, in real centers,supervised by qualified experts and followed by detailed instruction.
Así que, permítanme sugerir una modesta idea que utiliza la sabiduría de la cultura y tradición espiritual de China. Ya que el Daoísmo tiene un gran entendimiento sobre la armonía, la frugalidad y la vida, nos provee tanto de enseñanzas intelectuales confiables así como de sugerencias prácticas. «尊道贵德、清静守俭» zūn dào guì dé、qīng jìng shǒu jiǎn. ¿Podemos crear un esfuerzo global por aprender y compartir las enseñanzas Daoístas? Nosotros los aprendices somos capaces de estudiar su sabiduría con otros que también están aprendiendo, en centros de enseñanzareales, supervisados por expertos calificados y manteniendo una instrucción de enseñanza detallada.
我建议借鉴中国传统文化中的智慧，建立一个全球性的道教学习平台。道教讲求»和光同尘»之妙谛，以及»尊道贵德、清静守俭»之训，这些理念非徒玄理空谈，实乃经世致用之圭臬。比如，我们可以联合各国道教团体设立»道教学院»，让学员们跟着有经验的老师学习经典、练习养生功法，同时了解道教如何与现代生活结合。
This platform is not intended to replace the existing education system, but to a supplement it. Daoism is inclusive and can accommodate hundreds of schools of thought, allowingConfucianism, Buddhism, Daoism, science, mathematics and physics to flourish and achieve harmony. Daoism is particularly suitable for development in such a diverse environmentbecause it can not only impart the wisdom passed down for thousands of years, but also adapt to the needs of modern society. As the Dao De Jing says: » 执古之道，以御今之有zhí gǔ zhī dào yǐ yù jīn zhī yǒu hold: the ancient way to control the present», we must not only protect the core value of «道法自然 dào fǎ zì rán Dao follows nature», but also innovate the way of communication to let the ancient wisdom shine in the era.
Ésta plataforma no pretende reemplazar el sistema de educación existente, sino suplementarlo. El Daoísmo es inclusivo y puede implementar cientos de escuelas de pensamiento, permitiendo así que el confucianismo, el budismo, el daoísmo, la ciencia, las matemáticas y la física florezcan encontrando una armonía. El Daoísmo es particularmente adecuado para nuestro desarrollo en un ambiente sumamente diverso ya que puede no solamente impartir la sabiduría transmitida por miles de años, sino también adaptarse a una sociedad moderna. Como dice el Dào Dé Jīng: » 执古之道，以御今之有zhí gǔ zhī dào yǐ yù jīn zhī yǒu: abraza la manera antigua para controlar el presente», debemos no solamente proteger el valor de «道法自然dào fǎ zìrán: Dáo actúa de manera natural” sino también innovar la manera de comunicarnos permitiendo así que la sabiduría ancestral brille en esta nueva era.
这个平台不是要取代现有的教育体系，而是作为补充——道门的包容性可纳百家学说，令儒释道玄、格致数理诸学，使其各展其华而共臻太和。道教尤其适合在这样的多元环境中发展，因为它既能传授千年传承的智慧，又能适应现代社会的需求。正如《道德经》所言：»执古之道，以御今之有»，我们既要守护»道法自然»的核心价值，也要创新传播方式，让古老智慧焕发时代光彩
I still remember that twelve years ago, many great people joined together to promote the Dao y throughout the world. Today, we should carry on their aspirations, cultivate talents with the heart of «尊道贵德 zūn dào guì dé respecting the Dao and valuing virtue», and promote exchanges with the wisdom of «和光同尘hé guāng tóng chén being in harmony with the world».We will build a new era of Dao inheritance system. May the fire of civilization that we jointly protect illuminate the path of mankind towards great harmony!
Aún recuerdo 12 años atrás, donde muchas grandes personalidades se reunieron para promover el Dào alrededor del mundo. El día de hoy debemos sostener y fomentar sus aspiraciones, cultivar talentos con un deseo de «尊道贵德zūn dào guì dé: respetar Dào y valorar la virtud”, promover intercambios con la sabiduría de «和光同尘hé guāng tóngchén: estar en armonía con el mundo”. Construiremos una nueva era con un sistema de herencia del Daoísmo. Permitamos que el fuego de esta civilización que protegemos en conjunto ilumine el camino de la humanidad hacia la gran armonía!
犹记十二年前，诸大德共襄道行天下之盛举。今当承其宏愿，以»尊道贵德»之心培育英才，以»和光同尘»之智促进交流。铸就新时代道脉传承体系。愿我们共同守护的这份文明火种，能照亮人类 走向大同之道路！
